Use of this website

This website is operated by Brantford Water Damage ("we", "us", "our"). By using the site, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Quotes and estimates

Information submitted through our quote forms lets us respond quickly, but pricing discussed by phone or shown on this site is indicative only. A binding price requires a written estimate prepared after an on-site inspection. Response-time targets (such as 60-minute arrival) are good-faith service goals and may be affected by weather, road conditions, and concurrent emergencies.

Requesting service and referrals to certified partners

We operate in part as a referral service: alongside work we carry out ourselves, we connect customers with a network of certified, licensed local service partners — restoration companies, drain and plumbing specialists, and related trades — who perform the requested work.

By submitting a quote or contact form, signing up with us, or otherwise requesting service, you acknowledge and agree that we may forward the information you provide — including your name, contact details, service address, and description of your situation — to one or more of our certified service partners so they can contact you directly and provide the service. You confirm that the information you submit is accurate and that you are authorized to provide it. This use of your information is described further in our Privacy Policy.

Our service partners are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. Any work they perform is provided under a separate agreement between you and that partner, and they are solely responsible for their own services, pricing, workmanship, licensing, and conduct. We do not guarantee the services of any partner and are not a party to, or liable under, any agreement you enter into with them.
